BidCraft stores an organization's account, uploaded past proposals, bid, tender, grant, and RFP files, extracted text, drafts, and support messages for that organization only. One organization cannot read another organization's files, knowledge, or drafts.
You need the right to upload the material you place in the workspace. BidCraft does not sell proposal content and does not use it to train a BidCraft model.
Analysis, drafting, and compliance calls go to the model providers with zero data retention on those calls. The text needed to run a job is sent for that job. It is not kept by BidCraft as a training set.
This core does not name a country of storage. Each deployed instance keeps its customer data in that instance. A US deployment and a Kenya deployment are separate, and data from one is not mixed into the other.
