BidCraft AI is a drafting workspace for an organization's own proposal team. It works on a bid, tender, grant, or commercial RFP from any country. The core product does not apply one country's procurement rules. Those rules are whatever the uploaded document states.
A new account is a sample bid: one seat, one knowledge-base document, and one bid, tender, grant, or RFP. The sample drafts the first three requirements and shows the rest. It does not include the compliance check, the executive summary, or an export. Single Bid, Growth, and Pro raise the seat, document, and pursuit limits and unlock the full draft.
Each plan has a document cap. That cap is the normal limit. We may pause knowledge-base processing when an account uploads an excessive volume, such as more than 10,000 pages, until that volume is covered by a separate arrangement. Past proposals are parsed separately from the bid, tender, grant, or RFP file.
Uploaded files and drafts belong to the organization that uploaded them. You need the right to upload that material. BidCraft does not submit a response for you, and it does not guarantee that a draft is compliant or that it will win. A person on your team reviews the requirements, the compliance flags, and any exported Word file before submission.
This page states the product rules for the shared core. Payment terms, currency, and governing law are set for each deployed instance.
